Sagem D box audio discription help!!!!

Hello there,

I have a sagem dbox, and most of the channels have a stupid audio description on them. I followed the instructions of a previous thread, but when I press my green button, my options are: 1 English or 2 English! I don't have an option to switch it off! Its appearing on more and more of my channels and its driving me crazy!! Please please help!!

Thanks for the quick response! I did try it before posting the message. However, when I press the green button, instead of having two different options, my options are English, or English.

Simply select the other audio track.

 

I know. I know thats what I should do. I know that its straight forward. But on my dbox, I don't have that option. My two options are 1.English, or 2.English. Thats why I'm so frustrated!

Any other suggestions?

If there is audio description there are 2 audio tracks.
Simply select the other one with the highlighted bar and press ok.

 

press english 2 , its that simple
