SAGEM Users - Freezing Box - TRY This

    The freezing box is very common to Sagem boxes and therefore the following should resolve the issue.

    The problem is due to the UCode and therefore needs changing

    Using Remote Control press

    blue --> blue--> System menu --> Hardware Settings --> Ucode Selection and select a different UCode (you should have a 1A and 14 UCode)

    you will have to rsetart the DBox for changes to come into effect.

    others method is to change the EMU

    for EMU using remote

    blue --> blue --> EMU Selection --> Select the EMU and press OK to restart. Leave a few secs and see if the other channels are there.

    the most extreme method is to physically remote the modem card from the box, again this requires taking apart the box and not recommended for novice - only do this if you are very confident, as if you f*ck up your box dont blame me.

    my d box is freezing when booting up. it freezing when it is stating it is loading kenerl on screen. my box is a sagem. can you help me?
