this is a dvd shrink forum it is about backing your dvd's to blank media, you might post this thread in the nero forum, but what looks like to me is it dose not like your dvd-rw did this happen all at once or has this been an on going thing? can you make audio cd's? and you have a lot of memory in use you might try turning of any programs that you arn't using and no multitasking while you are trying to do any backups. good luck
