Samsung and USB Cable - Downloading

I have a disc that put the Drivers into the PC. It said that the Samsung Modem was installed successfuly. I thought when I right clicked on a picture or something, I would be able to select "send to" Samsung, but it is not listed. How do I get Wallpaper and Ringtones etc... to my phone ?? Do I need a program or something ? All the disc had was the Drivers. Thanks for any help.
