Hi, I bought a Samsung D900 on eBay that was described as locked to Vodafone UK but when I inserted my sim card it asked for a Phone lock code. I have no idea if this means the phone is not in fact on Vodafone UK or if the previous owner has placed a security lock on the phone. I would like to be able to use the phone on other networks so I am hoping someone will know of a code to unlock the it. The IME number is: 353444/01/074341/0 Thanks in advance, Deano
Hi, I found a solution to the D900 problem by Googling it ... the code to unlock/reset most of the Samsung models security codes is *2767*2878# just in case anyone needs it. I do have a Samsung E250 stuck on O2 UK and would like the network code for it, the IME number is 358443/01/053432/9 Thanks in advance, Deano
This worked for me orange d900 to vodafone eire thanks neurom4nc3r 1. Turn off the mobile phone. 2. Insert a "Non-accepted" SIM card (sim card that wont work in phone) half way in. 3. Turn on the phone. 4. The phone will say "Insert SIM". Push the sim card all the way in. 6. Enter the following code and wait patiently for phone to reset: *2767*3855# 7. After reset is completed, SIM should work and also the reception. *7465625*638*00000000*00000000 # Message "Network Lock personalized". #7465625*638*00000000# Message "Network Lock deactivated".
