samsung DV645/642

    I have this samsung DVD/VCR combo model DV645 (same as 642 model), it used to play DIVX movies, but now it wont. Can anyone please help me with this matter....any idea on how to factory rest this samsung player?

    It should tell you how to reset to factory settings, in the manual, usually in the troubleshooting area. Sometimes, unplugging, and leaving it that way for a couple of days, will reset electronic equipment.

    Of course, you could contact Samsung by phone or email..........
    They will know how.
