   hi all. i have a f480 tocco and have the unlock and unfreeze codes but cant seem to work how to key in the letter "W" as in (#pw+1) all im reading is that you press the star button 4 times in order for it to show up but it doesnt seem to be happening on mine thanks for any feedback.
