When I hook my data cord to phone & usb to laptop and transfer pictures and vide hos they are upside down. I can rotate my pics but cannot figure out why movies are 180 degrees off. Also, when I receive videos in either email or texts they are 90 degrees off. Anyone else having this problem or a solution? I spent 4 hrs with Samsung today with no success correcting the problem even on remote service. HELP ANYONE...
It is the problem of whoever is sending them to you. Just rotate them, when you transfer them to your computer.
I do rotate the pics but the videos? Tell me how to rotate them. I can rotate the video on my phone using edit so it is upside down thinking it would be right side up upon transfer... Nope still upside down.. My friend is using an S5 also who sent me a video he just made and it was 90 degrees off.
