Just ordered this 46" DLP set yesterday and was wondering if anyone has this set can tell me what they think of it. After seeing it at bestbuy for $1299 I found it at amazon for $1199 with no tax and free shipping. I actually didn't take the free shipping, instead I took the standard shipping of 3-5 days and they charged me about an extra $42. When I checked out the estimated delivery date was not 3-5 days. Instead it says it will be delivered between Oct 13 and Oct 23. I called amazon up and told them my problem. They said they had problems with the supplier being in stock and the would discount me $20 off the delivery. That still left me with paying $22 for something I'm not getting. I told them I was unhappy and if they didn't do something I would cancel my order. The guy put me on hold and came back and said they would refund me $57. I'm not sure where he got this amount from being that I was only charged $42 for delivery to begin with. Anyway I took it and in the end I paid $1329 total including a tv stand. Not bad. Anyway becareful dealing with Amazon and delivery. One wierd thing though. Amazon's product description mentions this model being equipped with a cablecard slot. I have not found this in any other specs or even the owners manual. I think this is a mistake by amazon. Can anyone confirm this?
