Samsung Q330 Webcam Issues

    Hi i got a Samsung q330 laptop and recently have had problem with my webcam

    The picture has started to become blurry and not clear

    see below

    I have uninstalled and re installed the drivers with no luck

    What do you guys think is the problem??

    where did you get the driver from for the webcam, off cd or samsung site?

    have you tried system restore to before this happened to see if software is causing it or hardware problem?

    no i havnt the problem is this issue came about 3/4 months back :(

    So i dont think thats possible

    do you think the actual camera could be damaged?
