I have a Samsung galaxy S4, It was completely paid for but the account they claim is not in good standing. Despite they unlocked my daughters phone after we switched carriers they wont unlock my S4. it is a Samsung SPHL720T (MODEL) IMEI 990004415656788 USA SPRINT COUNTRY AND CARRIER PLEASE HELP , They are a bunch of jerks, I own they phone and they dont care. once I transferred my service to another carrier they wont help me to use the phone I paid for.
