Hi there, You should try this hope you will find your solution:- Reset eeprom by doing the following to ensure factory settings. 1) *2767*3855# phone will reboot to original settings 2) *2767*2878# phone will reboot 3)Press *#06# to get imei, write that down 4)Insert diferent sim card from different company 5)Turn on, at sim error enter *2767*688 imei number followed by# (example)*2767*688352787123423456# (imei has 15 numbers also located on back of phone) 6) Phone will reboot to your new service provider, enter *0141# then hit call button Phone should say personalized. turn off phone and insert different sim card. power back on. at sim unlock code screen enter 00000000 8 zero's hit enter This should unlock the e715 with the updated firmware Try at your own risk!!!! worked for me but who knows
