hi i just bought a SH-S182M and i use it on nero it takes 6.09 mins to burn a full dvd as to i use Sonic Mydvd v6.1 it takes around 9 mins to burn a full dvd i wondering why theres a time delay on this program And also is there any way to use this burner on Recordnow max? this is by far my fav burning prog and it kinda sucks that it cant decet the burner.

on nero i belive it burns at 18x Nero 6.09 mins to burn full dvd but on sonic my dvd i would say 12x 7.50 mins to burn full dvd both progs are full versions so i was wondering why 1 can burn faster then the other and i wasnt doing any thing in the background while burning the dvds to slow it down.
Well, what media are you using? Also your burning at far too higher speeds! The most you should burn at is 8x on the top quality disks! And 4x for the rest of your media.
