hi i recently found a samsung u900 soul i handed it in to the police and nobody collected it so they told me i could have it back i charged the phone up and put a sim in it but it seems to be blocked/barred as theres no signal is there a way of unblocking it does anyone know how to do it any help is greatly appreciated
if your operators have imei blocking active on the network there is no way to get it back to work, since changing the imei number is illegal in almost all countries. so what you can do is contacting your operator and ask them to get the phone off from the blacklist
