san andreas mods problem

    hey guys i have gotten all these mods for san andreas but don't know how to get em to work. they come in .txd and .dff files. now i don't know wat to do with them. i also saw sonic in GTA video here http://youtube.com/watch?v=pjebnC9KAfo does anyone know where to get this mod! thanks
