I have this great mp3 player. It has all the bells and whistles except video. I plug it in thru a usb port and the Sansa Updater comes up in the bottom right on the taskbar as it should. That lets me know that I can see it in My Computer to drag/drop music files and that WMP 11(Windows Media Player)can see it. I usually load files through the sync tab of the media player and while doing so I can click on the mp3 player in the left hand column and see the files that have been loaded. Once they've been loaded and I unplug from the usb, play my songs, I then remember to add another song. Plug back in, everything's normal except I can never see what's already there. It shows the amount of memory remaining/used under the sync tab, but go to the mp3 and I can't see the files. Only thru My Computer can I see what's there. I have searched the forum at Sandisk with no help. I have uninstalled and re-installed WMP 11 with no success. This player is Version 1 and the firmware version is 01.01.00 which according to Sandisk site is the latest but I know it isn't for a fact. There's another and no apparent way to get it, yet. That's really a none issue. I just want to see the files in WMP 11. Hopefully, someone has some ideas or THE solution.

    Thanks for any help.
