Hi can anyone help, i recieved a Sanoy HDP-M3000 for christmas, and despite its many problems it has been working fine, however all of a sudden its not being recognised by my computer. When i plug it in to the USB the waiting display comes onto the screen and stays there. There is no battery left so i can not turn it on either. I dont know what to do as there seems to be no technical support from Sanoy other than the User manual, and this is not helping me one little bit. Help Please Someone.

    Thanxs Cathieanne

How does it charge, USB, or are the batteries removable? If its USB charged, can you leave it plugged in and let it charge? Also have you tried another USB port? Sounds weird but I've had that work for me when I'm using external HD's.

Also is there a reset button you can push?

It's the Mp3 player that is the problem, not your USB ports ;-)

I suggest you send your unit in for a check-up. If you are still under warranty, they should address the issues free of charge.

It may not that it is just the battery as mine has decided to do exactly what you have described except that mine had battery eariler today as i was using it. If you have managed to fix it could you please tell me how as i would like to know how to fix mine. Thanks.
