sansa 230m downloads trouble

    I downloaded some songs from Itunes for my Sansa230m mp3 player. Any Ideas on how to downloaded them to the mp3 player. right now they are stored on my pc as mp4 files. do i need to convert them. I have windows media player to sync and rip my songs. I am having trouble downloading the songs. could anybody help me??
