Sansa media converter crashes

    i have tried reinstalling it numerous times and i get a error everytime i convert any movie files. it says this file is included in the error

    9ac9_appcompat.txt


    anyone have any sugestions.

    also it is in msc mode when the error occurs and the firmware is updated.

    also i just tried re installing smc and it says failed to install intervideo drivers...... any suggestions?

    sansa makes a SMC version2. what is your model. i have an e250 it came with the new software, from bestbuy. i'd contact sansa for the newer software
