sarview factory reset problems

    hi,i have starview 1 and when i try to put 4th digit on factory reset in it wont accept it .. would be greatfull 4 any help..cheers ..

    I had the same problem last week. It all sorted itself when I did a full automatic channel scan. It seemed to reset everything else too, including passwords that wouldn't work and the parental control and channel edit that I managed to lose as well.
