sata hard drive

    hello i have a SATA Barracuda 250 GB Can i set it in Master hard drive or install Windows OS in desktop?

    sata does not use jumpers to determine which is master or slave like ide does. you tell the bios in the hd boot sequence which hd you want to boot 1st as that drive will have your operating system on it.
