   OK...assume that i am a complete xbox retard and please tell me the following:
   
   1. What can i do to my xbox to make it so that it plays all regions of dvds?
   
   2. What can i do to make it so that i can copy games onto my xbox hard drive?
   
   3. can i get both these things done in australia?
