save to cd

    I have a cdrw/dvd tsl462c in a dell pc I was able to just save a file to cd now it won't work any suggestions will be appreciated

    wrong forum, will have it moved to correct forum. what error codes show up? is there an exclamation mark in device manager? does the computer see the drive? what burning software are you using?
