saving a few seconds from a dvd movie

    hi
    iu wish to save a few minates of a dvds soundtrack.how do i do this?what
    is the procedure?is there a good free software for this kind of thing?

    Load the movie into VirtualDub (use the 'Ask for extended options' checkbox to ensure all the VOB files for the Title are loaded).
    Select the part required and 'File' > 'Save WAV'.
