Saving Launch.com Videos to My Computer

    Hey Everyone,
    How's it going? I'm pretty new to all this computer videos and streaming technology, so please help me out if possible =) I'm trying to find a way to save/download Launch.com music videos to my computer, since I am on a fast connection right now but will be going back to 56k soon. Can someone help me out, either with some software or advice about this?
