I purchased the Sceptre X46BV_FULLHD and after minimal usage within the two years warranty period it is developing a burn that stretches across the middle of the screen. Sceptre will not honor this as a waranty defect within the two year period because they say it is "WEAR AND TEAR".
There is not much that can be done from a technical standpoint. All that I can suggest is that you go back through your warranty and see if you have any rights to arbitration under the warranty terms. Alternately, you can go back to the retailer that you purchased it from and they might offer to do something.
