    Hi,

I need it for copying VHS to DVD. It's the only way I know you can
do it and take out copy protection for Disney tapes.

    Oye:
    This is what I did...
I bought an ADS VIDEO XPRESS and hooked it to my VCR player.
Than I hooked the VCR player to the ADS VIDEO XPRESS (little) BOX.
Than I hooked the ADS VIDEO XPRESS BOX to my PC via USB 2.0.
Than I installed the software that came with ADS.
I converted two movies (THE NET and CLUB PARADISE) PERFECTLY.
    However...there´s one catch...
DO NOT THINK FOR A MOMENT THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO FIT THE ENTIRE MOVIES (depending on the length of the movie) INTO A DVD ``unless´´ it is a DUAL LAYER DVD.
For that you will need a DUAL LAYER DVD RECORDER (TDK, SONY, etc.).
NOTE: I don´t believe that DISNEY VHS tapes has anything different than MACROVISION.
I will see if I find a DISNEY VHS tape to copy just to satisfy my curiosity.

I hope that this answers some of your questions.

    Keep me posted
