scrambled channels

i have been on the secret menu and put the em on but still a lot of channels are scrambled i got a sheet of paper with the box which says wait 5 mins for pdating but still no cange.i entered 1570 to get o the secret menu please help

 

try powering off box then on and see if it updates

 

i have but there is always loads of scrambled chanels befor and after i turn off the box thank you but has any 1 else got an idea

 

Go to menu and go to factory setting and enter 0000 and reinstall again

 

if u have done factory reset and autoscan ur provider and emu to on exit x 3times it might go into update 0%,20% 40% let it update
