Scrambled or bad channel

    I'm having problems with scrambled or bad channel message on my starview box. Problem started about 5 days ago. The box displays this message for hours at a time and usually only comes back on after 9.00pm. Have tried different v4, v3 but still same problem. Any ideas? please help!!

    What is your location and what type of box do you have?

    Starview in belfast

    Have tried doing a factory reset. Problems re scanning channels, takes three or four attempts to pick any up. Once scanned channels show but turn off again within 20 minutes.Using v4.00
