Wonder if anyone can help me with channels that will not update themselves. The SV box that I've got is the Super,API ver 6.00e_E,Boot ver 8.0,4 Feb 2008. I didn't get any of these here Bin files in the box because I believe its the latest version and should update itself automatically.
    Any help will be ppreciated.
    Thanks.

have you checked all your connections ie coaxil into cable input on the box?and scart into tv scart on the box?,and is the main feed split in any way,or the coaxil frayed at all?

Thanks K for info. Yes I've checked the connections but I think if any were faulty I probably wouldn't get anything.
Yes the main feed is split with one half going to the modem and the other to the box. Do you think that if I disconnected the modem feed it might solve the problem. I suppose I would be getting a stronger signal into the box.
    Thanks for the tip.

that would be worth a try allright, eveen a scart slightly loose would say bad or scrambled channel same with the coaxil, are you getting any channels at all?i take it thats your problem hence the thread title,if the box wasn't updating it would just continually say data is being updated.
