Screen Resolution problems....

I recently purchased Native Instruments, "Absynth 5" Synth. The GUI of the program is like... Small..... And there are NO options to change resolution or such in the program and looking around have found this to be a problem with a number of users. Now I found you can change this problem, to a point by changing the screen res. while running it... IS there a utility that will allow such, for a specific program (not just across the board where it has to be changed back, etc before/after use? I am glad the program was at 50% off at the time, yet hope to get it to be more "friendly.."... Thanks ahead of time.... !
