Screen resolution

    Sorry a newbie question here..

    When capturing from say a DVD player, does the screen resolution on the computer matter?

    If so what screen resolution to use.

    No it shouldn"t...But you should realize that you In Most Cases can not capture from a Retail DVD because they Are copy Protected....
