You will have a hard time burning anything with that amount of RAM. You should look into upgrading to at least 512 MB of RAM. But in the mean time, kill everything else. Antivirus, firewall, internet, EVERYTHING!!! What kind of media are you using? Stay away from generic discs... Bad discs=Bad burn.. Nevermind, these are good discs... I would reduce my burn speed to about 4x though.. Are you sure this is your virtual drive? Because look here... Not sure what SCSI is, but it is mentioned in both the key error, and your drive. Maybe you should check on your DMA again just to be sure... Thats all I've got.
