hi, please come someone help bought a 8gb sdhc card but my toshiba satellite m60 will not read it , is there a hotfix out there or a driver a need to download so my internal card reader will read it .. any help please thanks in advance.
I to am having a similar problem. Have bought three 8gb sdhc cards and only one appears to be readable. Have tried formatting them but just as windows is about to finish the task it throws up an error message stating it cant complete format. Does this mean that both cards are faulty ?
There are different classes of sdhc cards. I own a pannasonic sdr-s7 camcorder and will on only take class 6 or above. I also know there are generic brands of cards that will not work with certain brands of cameras even if they are the correct class. i bought a card of ebay and it said in the description that it would not work with panasonic (i didn't bother to read this until after i had bought the card.) There could be other reasons.
