search enhancement pack

    This is probably an old one but its doing my head in.Got a PC thats running XP and after update,and reboot we get a box that comes up with "Microsoft,in here there is a folder"search enhancement pack".
    Have tried the method of "msiexec /x {299CF645-48C7-4FA1-8BCD-5CE200CF180D}
    from Run,but i get a message coming up "this action is only valid for products that are currently installed".

    Can somebody explain this thanks.
