second harddrive

    looking to add a second harddrive to a compaq pressario 6240ea with 1.8g amd and 762mb ram.

    any one no what sort of hard drive they take and what is the max size that can be added.
    also is the standard power supply sufficent for second hard drive.

    The Presario 6240EA can be upgraded with any IDE drive up to 500GB in size. The power supply should be sufficient for such an upgrade.
