Second HD for HD Loader

    I'm reaching capacity on my HD with HD Loader and was going to get another one. My question is what kind of storage should/could I use for the HD not in use at the time. Also, let me know if any external drives work and how one would go about setting that up so it's recognized by the PS2.

    in a few weeks, a program that lets you use an external drive will be out.

    Yeah, thats the reason they are making it, but im sure it will work with all versions.

    well really a external hardrive will be rubbish on a normal ps2 as it has usb1 but pstwo has usb2 so that will work great so i do not really recommend an external for normal ps2 as it will be like 10mb/s.

    nope, it turns out they are usb 1, not 2. Some people mis-read the specs, which were a bit ambiguous and led some to believe in the usb 2 hype. But...no beans.

    where did you get the info?
    you guys have put me off on buying the thing now =(
    no usb2.0 ports...damn....Is usb1 really that slow uberluke?
