move posting as needed. Windows XP PRO. Every program works EXCEPT "FREE ZONE ALARM", and "FREE SEARCH AND DESTROY". I tried to remove/install both to no avail. I tried system restore to no avail. Previous month cannot be selected. I had s/d version 1.3. After service I changed to 1.4. After service again, 1.4 was replaced with 1.3 by my tech by accident. The two are similar. I restarted/shut down to no avail. What do I do now? AVIRA antivirus works well and displays detection boxes rarely. The Yellow X accociated with ZA is gone even though ZA ran when the X was present and the two were contradictory. ZA and S+D are on all programs list and elseware and desktop, but will not run. Should I return to WINDOWS default settings? how do I do that? I am stumped. HELP! Could there be a screw up with ZA and s+d downloads from two sites? I will try to figure this out. Again HELP!
