Well hey peeps, Im tring to burn a file that I have on my pc. Its been converted to mpeg. I went throught the whole process of tring to burn it with nero and it said " not enough space for temporary files in (blah blah blah) specific folder. There are 477 mb available, but the recording process will need approximately 596 mb. Ok dont understand because when U put the blank cd in it shows u how much space u have and then when u add the file, it shows how much space u have left, and its a dvd-r 4.7gb so dont understand.......Can someone help me out?

    Hi,

If I am reading this right the temporary folder is where nero will output your converted file to until you burn it. Try freeing up somespace on your hard drive or perhaps using an external hard drive and set nero to output your files to there (I suggest making sure your pc/ laptop has usb 2.0 or this could increase total time for project to complete).

this is true but as I said earlier nero uses a temporary folder (which you can specify) for converted files until you burn it to cd or dvd.
