Does anybody know a good emulator of Sega Dreamcast for PC (Windows 7 pro 64bit) ? Currently nullDC seems table for now, but it doesn't support neither SaveStates or Cheats. Also, is there any memory card manager (such as the one for PSX) but for the "vmu_data_port01.bin" (that seems the only save file that the emulator can manage) ?
