Selecting which burner in Nero

    I bought a Sony DRU-710a Burner a while back which came with Nero Burning Rom 6-SE. I have had no problems at all with the burner but after countless burns I think it's starting to go on me. I do have another burner in my computer but I can't select it with this version of NERO. Under the "RECORDER" tab it shows my other burner as "unavailable". Does anyone know if and how I could use my other burner with NERO.

    What's the make and model of the other burner? Everything else see it but Nero?

    Which version of 6 are you using - like 6.6.0.18?

    For the Sony - what problems are you having? Firmware up to date? If not here's the latest - BYX5

    I think I solved my own problem. I just noticed that I can download Nero 7 for free. Which I just did...this version lets me select my other burner. Thanks for the response though...
