Recently I sent some video clips from my dv camera and of 10 recipients, only 1 was able to play the vid clip... the rest received a pop-up when they tried to open the file saying they were missing some codec... could the problem be solved simply by having them turn off their anti-virus, or do they need to download something to allow the file to open?
