Separating Video and Audio

    I need to separate Video and Audio from a DVD so I can sync in different audio. Can someone please tell me the easiest way to separate Audio and Video from .VOB files?

    I was told it can be done with DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink, but I have not been able to figure out how.
