Seperate 1 big mp3 into several?

    I have this one audio mp3 of a cd, of course on a cd it has 19 songs but this is just 1 big mp3 file. is there any way to seperate it? i know there is "MP3 Splitter & Joiner" but i have to do it all manually and it takes a LONG time. is there anything simpler?

    i dont understand, everything i find is 1 cd and 1 big file. it also has a cue file but nero wont accept that. the splitters make it spit random (minues intervals not actual songs). is there anything i dont know about?
