Serial ATA plug-in error

    Just built a new computer. Was using Roxio to burn a DVD and then while the program was finishing, it froze my system. So I had to reboot. Now I get this error...The Serial ATA plug-in failed to load, because the driver is not installed correctly." Seems like it corrupted many of my drivers.

    What course of action to take now? Please advise. Thanks

    do a system restore to before that burn if you can get into safe mode or normal mode.
