Serious problem with nand dump...

ok well, when I try to dump my nand, i enter the command in the CMD window, and when i press enter i get this :

i downloaded wat i believe to be the drives, and there was an application in the flder called drives and i executed it. cmd flashes and then goes back down. i retry the command, same ting happens. if ANYBODY can help, i would be super happy because this is for a customer of mine who has prepaid. this is urgent!

sorry to double post, i know it is annoying. I will do anything in my power for the person that can help me. im also prepared to loose 20 dollars via paypal to whoever helps me.
