    my sister is after service pack 2 and 3 for her pc but shes got no internet so she cant download them
    is there any where i can download them and also will i be able to puck them on cd

    i think hes talking about Windows 2000, you can order a cd or maybe downlaod them from Microsoft.com, just check around the site. ;)
