Hello, I've recently purchased a new burner (BenQ DW1650) and it burns single-layer discs fine, but I'm having trouble burning dual-layer discs. Each time I try, I get a "session fixation error" message from Nero. The only thing I can suggest is updating your Nero to this version, both packages http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe Package 2 http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe Your burner firmware is up to date so no problems there. Also edit out your 2 serial numbers before someone pirates them.
