I am looking to use a spare 360 drive with my laptop via usb, only for backup purposes. Is the CK3i and molex power supply the only tools that I will need to use? I am not looking to do any flashing. Also, I am running Windows 7, 64 bit. Any help/advice would be appreciated, thanx.

You'll still need a sata solution

Thanx. Do you have any suggestions on how to get the sata part done?

Some people have used these successfully.
But I would suggest that since you're buying this, keep it in the family and add one of these for a total solution.
