    Hey folks,

Just a quick query about my options.

First off, i'm on c****s mmds in cork (aerial on roof etc).

I'm looking into getting a eurovox tx.

Ideally i'd like to have all the channels, a dvd/hd recorder and some sort of pvr device.

But if i go for the c****s pvr subscription, can that be used with a eurovox?

or can i use the phantom plus pvr with a eurovox tx, chorus mmds and
    a hd/dvd recorder?

What sort of other options are available to me if i want to plan and keep my recordings, and have all the channels, with the least amount of financial outlay? It's a sort of telly nirvana i'm describing i know, but is it possible?

Cheers in advance, and apoligies if it's a bit convoluted.

Usually, you have to buy the PVR device from the television provider. You can't take a PVR device from 1 provider to another because it relys on the digital information sent from the provide to PVR (record) programs and display channel information. the HD/DVD recorder and be used with anything because it just records the signal sent to the Television.
